No there was no modifying the SELinux file, if you don't know I'm relatively new to linux and and I was looking for a fix or some insight about what may be going on.I don't know all the in's & out's of linux,but I understand enough to know you just don't go changing/messing around with linux without first understanding or knowing what your doing.

Looks like SELinux labels got messed up somehow. It happens on occasion. Just (as root) touch /.autorelabel and then reboot.

I haven't seen this error message since I posted,but I'll give this a try,no options are needed with the touch command?

Yes, and it came up 4 time within a 1&1/2hrs or so. I've tried a few of the suggestion, and I haven't seen it since so I'm thinking its fixed. (Spider??) could you please explain.

EDIT: (Didn't want to start another thread) I'm running into another problem, when I go to enable Desktop effects, it tell me that this feature can't be enabled,what can/should I do to get this going?
