I cannot get any Linux dist to install except Ubuntu 9.04, and even after that, it fails to boot after a restart. After installing the NVIDIA driver, on reboot it stops while start the Advanced Power Management service. For previous editions of Ubuntu, the Menu loads (Try Ubuntu, Install Ubuntu, Memtest) but after selecting one, it just goes to bash and does nothing. For Fedora, on 11, it goes to its menu, but after selecting one it just stops also. Then in Virualbox I ntocied that I also cannot install previous dist. The first I had installed was Ubuntu 9.04 server which worked okay. Does anyone have any ideas for my board's inability to install Linux?

I've already updated BIOS, cleared board RAM, and fooled around with BIOS settings.

Have you tried running Ubuntu with the noapm option? It should be there if you click F5 before clicking "Install Ubuntu"

Solved it by installing Fedora with only one gpu in, then reboot, plugged the 2nd one in and nvidia-xconfig.
