Default Is it possible to boot from USB in Ubuntu

I was wondering if it is possible to but Ubuntu 9.04 onto an USB and make it bootable like a LiveCD?? Tnx Rep!

Default UNetbootin

I would also suggest checking out UNetbootin, it can make most linux isos into bootable flash drives.

i wouldn't recommend booting from a cheap usb because of the constant reading and writing that the OS has to do on the drive. Running the OS from your flash drive may burn it up. just a thought
