Default Xubuntu and Mozilla for OCN Chat

ok well I'm running Xubuntu on my laptop I got for a good price.

Anyways, I installed flash player fine, youtube is fully working and OCN chat doesn't load at all.

When I try and load it, it gives me a message to download Adobe flash player to load chat but its already installed and working.

Now I am just a beginner at linux so don't give me like epic commands for terminal

Our chat requires both Flash and Java - can you confirm that both are correctly installed and working?

Seems to work fine here on Chrome under Arch Linux i686. I don't have Java installed - does the Firefox (if that's what you're using) error console say anything?

I'll try it again another time. (I was really only in linux land, as nice as it is, because I don't have enough working RAM to run Win7.)

Type "java -version" in terminal and see what comes up. IMO OpenJDK is a POS (at least it was back when I last tried it), if you're using it switch to Sun's official release.
