Hello everyone, I'm very new to linux, so i honestly have no clue as to what i'm doing.. I'm having a really hard time installing Adobe flash player and I'm not sure where to start or begin.
I downloaded it from the adobe site and it gave me a error, so im sitting here pondering around for some help. Would anyone know of a way i could install it? Keep in mind i'm 100% linux noob. Thanks!

Can you post a screenshot of the error?
If you browse through synapic (the add/remove program thingy) you should be able to find something like adobe. Also, what flavor of Linux?

When you load firefox, it should ask you to install adobe.
Then it will run the installer through firefox and should work. It works every time I install a new distro. Never used synaptic for adobe though.

I don't know if this will work, but what about installing via an XPI file? http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&sourc...6CwqRbwhdsDHPw
Click and when firefox blocks installation, click allow and follow straightfoward steps.

This sounds like an issue with your router and its software. I found gnome difficult to use, because of my time with windows and the vast amount of knowledge I don't have.
