Yes it is a network drive. How do I run fdisk? I know you mean in the console but with what other command?

you should just type
$sudo fdisk -l it will list all the mountable disks in the system. If you are mounting the disk over a network you may need to use smb. try this article https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MountWindowsSharesPermanently |

That won't work. That's not how you specify remote servers nor do you specify the fs anywhere.
For starters, what exactly are you trying to mount? A windows share?
