I prefer Gentoo/CentOS, depending on the hardware(ie: how fast it can compile). If it's decently fast, I'll use Gentoo, since you have to compile everything. If it's lower specced, I'll use CentOS.

CentOS if you want to get a corporate feel.
Debian if you just want sturdiness ArchLinux if you don't mind building it your self.
