That's an incredibly low voltage for 4GHz! I'm jealous! I thought my 1.248V idle and 1.224V to 1.232V load (previous Core 2 Duo E8600) was rather decent! I knew ~1.2V for 4GHz was really good but that's right up there! I had the same cooling on mine so I know that's able to keep it cool. Why isn't it at 4.5GHz!?
