| Description | Built in November 2011, my first full build. Had a budget in mind for a while, hard drive prices shot up, found a way to get a free copy of Windows and that helped to keep my budget in line. ($1200 spent at this time) Later added a side door with a window, 4 fans with LEDs. I bought a SSD for the disk caching for $55. ($1355 for all the goodies). After a while, I sold the SSD (I wanted something bigger, and I was needing some cash anyway) for $30 when the drives were available after rebate for $50. Tried Windows 8 on October 27th, dual booted it and 7 and then loved 8 once I removed Metro, so now only running Windows 8. |

Honestly, if you want a window, don't get the HAF 912 Plus. After you add a window... and fans with LEDs... it is about the same price as a much nice CM case. The enforcer, or the Storm Scout 1 or 2.
