Rig type Home Theater PC
Description This is my main HTPC and I use it more now since I've officially cut the cord on cable. It takes a while to get use to not having cable at your disposal. When I had cable, there was nothing on. The more I use my HTPC, I've learned cable was a waste of money and getting rid of it actually saved me over $100.00 a month. I use my HTPC for netflix, hulu, Local HD (free) cable, and movies. I'm able to get ABC, CWTV and some other nice channels in HD using a Turner Card. I dont personally record any movies, but my wife needs her Vampire Diaries and other shows. I also added a GT440 for light gaming.

haha, my wife thought the computer was broken while I was running 3Dmark11.
What are you using as a tuner card
damn Gashi, I just now saw this. Next time PM, i'll reply faster. Im using this; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815100065
the card I have only supports ATSC/QAM, which is digital TV. But If you want to use it for ATSC/QAM and NTSC, you would get this; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815100043. I dont have cable, but I get about 14-15 HD channels using the first option. Plus I mainly use netflix, Hulu and XBMC.
