Yeah it works. They are just ground pins. I was lucky. One day i will solder back the pins with ethernet cable

Probably 10-15%. Nothing to worry about only if you are a bencher

Yeah. You can just do the trick to increase the image quality so most of the cpu bottleneck to go away. Or increase the resolution
