I have the same card. With 22 celcius ambient, the card is at 29C on idle at 30% fan speed and about 55C at 50% fan speed. Its a great card!

Sorry guys for some reason I don't get notifications for comments on my rig. To answer both your questions I actually don't monitor my temps =/ I know my card stays pretty cool as well as my CPU but I can't actually give you guys numbers. As for CPU I run my GT - AP15's on the highest setting to make sure It's always stable. I've yet to run into any blue screens.
