BIOS Auto V-core drives me nuts:
4.3GHz @ 1.224V
4.4GHz@1.38V (high)
4.5GHZ@1.38V -- Validated at 1.26V...
Long story short:don't use auto Vcore or it goes to 1.692V at 5GHz.
Apparently UD3h has issues in Mac (sound and USB 3.0 on VIA VL800) , but corsair 300r is recommended (as well as the UD5H)
