There's a button next to quote. "+ is what it looks like. You go through the thread, click those, then when you're done, click "Post Reply." Then all those quotes will be there, and you can put your responses under them.

If you're not into paying m$ prices, there's always NeoOffice, which isn't as fantastic, but for the money ($0) it's perfectly fine.
