The G5 really does have a nice case. I'd use it.

Nice Gigabit Ethernet G4 And yes, it's sad that I can tell that it is that model. What gives it away is the motherboard layout and graphics card. I can tell that it is either a Gigabit or Digital Audio model because of the case, but the Rage 128 logo on the back of the graphics card tells me that it is a Gigabit model (the DA came with a Geforce 2MX standard)

Besides - I have a V1000, which is about as close to the G5 case as you can get, quality and all.

Nice man Ive been just trying to score my first mac forever for the price of free, heck Ive been trying to score a slot loading imac g3 and beef it up for 10.3, but no dice so far. So if your bro's place of work throws ANYTHING else out could you PM me?

Anyways REAL nice score man, the g4 mac should run OS X nicly, but if you revive the g5 mac up with those dual cpu's I've heard it'll run faster than the first core duo's and c2d that apple used.
