I think the absolute BEST software for the Mac OS is that little patch you can use to run it on a regular PC.

You ever heard the term Mac EFI? Its basically just another word for BIOS. All the patch does is emulate the Mac EFI commands (interrupts and the like) through your PCs BIOS.

The only catch is that your CPU must support SSE3 commands because the OS uses them (P4 Prescott or better).

Edit: I also forgot to mention, you may have trouble finding kexts (drivers) for some of your hardware. But a lot of hackintosh users have come up with their own, so its not like all is lost.

so with this patch I can run Leopard on any PC that has a core 2 duo, will i still be able to use the dual boot feature in Leopard cause it does interupt the BIOS

Why would you want to use Leopard's dual boot? Just use a 3rd party boot loader, there are millions of free ones online. Acronis has one that comes with their Disk Director Suite. It isn't free but I use that one, if you wanna give it a try.

Gag is another one.

Because if the OSX loader works (It may or may not, I've never seen anyone use it), then you will have a PC emulating EFI emulating a PC. Which means you will be running vista and other programs much slower than if you ran them natively.

As far as telling you where to download it, I'm pretty sure that its against the forum rules unfortunately. Its pretty unsure HOW legal the whole thing is. Google is your friend!
