I'd respond in kind but I'm going to refrain from taking your bait for the sake of the thread.
Oh that's right, I was thinking about 22" because I know that comes in either one, the 1920 being more expensive

Not all Apple monitors are. You are referring to their HUGELY OVERPRICED Apple Cinema Displays. The displays that go into their computers aren't even near the quality of the Cinema Displays.

They are hugely overpriced and they make them look cheap by dropping the price a ton on the apple refurbished page.

So it's not a bad deal at all.

Also, way to unnecessarily kill the OP's excitement dude...
Well I thought 1500$ for all that is a huge rip off, unless thats a quad core CPU. If anything I would say the majority of the price is in the moniter. I would find out how much he payed for it before shelling that much out for a used computer.

Put Vista on it when you get it though. It will make it better.

Seriously though that moniter would be pretty sick. you should put lots of movies on that computer and make good use of that 24 inch moniter.

And grats on that new job. You should get some Z-5500 speakers to go along with that huge moniter, and a couch to sit to watch/listen.
