Id say go for the mac if you wont do any gaming, youll spend more time using the machine than fixing it.

Never go Mac. Stay with Windows. I use all the major OS's on the market.

I did,and I like it

Much nicer than Windows Vista in my opinion,for what I need it to do

EDIT : Meant to say,I have had a little more money open up to me,so I will be getting a 20'' iMac (dont have the desk space for the 24'') and that will have 4GB of Ram put into it
