Why have you put your macbook as having an i7 in it? And it can't have 8gb ram. They couldn't in 2007.

My macbook has some problems starting up with 8 gb of ram but it still works and once it starts up its blazing fast

ok, It is an intel i7 mobile quad core processor, still in testing stages. You can fit 2X4gb ram cards in my macbook, it is possible to do so but the computer will have a few problems. The recommended highest is 6gb because then it doesnt go crazy. Apple only tells you you can have a max of 4 gb, but people likeme have managed to fit 8gb in there
