Default nForce + OSX Possible!
So I've got it installed on my sigrig, this is what I used.

iPC 10.5.6 Final
-VoDoo 9.5.0
-nForceATA
-Azalius Audio
-MacPro SmBios
-Eno's nForceLan driver
-Nvinject Default
-IOUSBMASSTORAGE
-Time Sync Fix

Problems:
-Can't download any files (induces kernel panic) can browse web though
-Little bars on my screen, probably from the lack of proper 2** series card drivers.

I'd assume this holds mostly true for the 780i too. Not 100% sure though.

It's been possible for a while, but it's useless. It's not usable, just like you've said, so to most people it's worthless.

For downloading files, look into the "Seatbelt fix". I believe that's what the fix for downloading files is called.

and you have an intel cpu, why not just use the vanila kernel?

The Vanilla Kernel kept crashing my computer. Seatbelt fix worked .

oh wow. next time try to install a 1066mhz hardcoded smbios.kext, its on the ipc dvd, for the vanila kernel
