Default NTFS-3G not working on a partition

The one on the right works, the left doesn't.

Take note the difference in file system:

NTFS vs NTFS MacFuse.

Is there a way I can convert it to a 3G compatible version without destroying files?

edit: Nevermind, fixed.

For anyone who found this topic by google, the solution is to log onto windows and safely remove the drive.
