Default Itunes back up after Snow leopard

SO i did a clean install of Snow leaopard. I backed up my music folder and deauthorized the itunes account before installing Snopw Leopard. SO now i am trying to back up my music to itunes so i replaced the itunes folder with the one i made a back up of. Then i selected add to library and pointed it to the folder where i backed up my music. The thing is that now i dont have my playlists play count album art or ratings. I have an iphone and it has all of my music as id like it including playlists. Is there a way to back up from the iphone to itunes or how would i try to fix this mess.

Use PhoneView and connect your iPhone to your Mac, then copy all of the music off your iPhone directly to your PC and then import it.

That may fix the problems, but as far as I know, I've NEVER had all my playlists and play counts back after reimporting music.
