My friend trying to install vista through bootcamp it never wanted to recognize the disc. My questions is should i forsee any problems with installing a copy of Windows 7 pro x86 through bootcamp?

Can i run bot OS through bootcamp or is that only vmware?

Vista and 7 works fine in Boot Camp for me. Are you sure you're not using the x64 disk instead of x86?

Ya i figured out his problem lol, it was my 64 bit disk, my 32 bit W7 is up and running perfectly except it wont recognize the driver for the CD drive, how do i get the driver from my snow leopard disk?

EDIT

got disk drive working, i still cant adjust screen brightness and cant seem to get a usb mouse or my mighty mouse to work, any ideas?

Windows 7 needs the newest Boot Camp 3 drivers, to my knowledge. They're on the Snow Leopard disk, which Boot Camp 3 supports Windows 7 fully.

incredibly simple, if you realize to put the mac OS disc in once you get to windows lol, and if you didnt know you gotta press alt/opt i think so you can pick up the boot menu while your at the white screen.

I love it i can now flip back and forth and play my old windowzer favorites like roller coaster tycoon, while satisfying my teachers need for us to use windows.
