Default Pretty neat utility I found
IStat is the name. It is a system monitor that displays on the top bar. Pretty neat, check out all the features.

iStat isn't new. It's been out for quite some time, and it was recently updated for Snow Leopard and it's amazing.

They also have an application for iPhone, which is incredible as well.
