MAC printer issues
A good buddy of mines has a mac and they have changed printers twice. both HP's, i know that mac's have drivers built in to accomodate the printers and they have used the driver disc. however the printer will not print anything it says it has successfully installed the driver, they have taken it to best buy and the tech has shown them that it works but when they take it home the same no printing issue comes up. is there a way to check this out or purge the old friver out of the system?

it's just plugged in no network at there house. yeah at best buy it works at there house nothing....hmmm

Connect the printer to the Mac then go to System Preferences, Printer & Fax, add a printer from the left column, then look for the driver for your printer.

i'll try that tomorrow. hopefully i get this thing done within 2 hrs. i don't really wanna spend time with this mac.
