For the right click, you just simply set it in mouse preferences and thats it. I wish windows was a little more like mac :X lol

I hate to tell you but I will be in boot camp most likely in January. But I can see what I can do.

On the track pad? You don't swipe for right click. You tap, just like you normally would, only with two fingers. It's not hard. Really, I promise it's not.

I had to look up the "hackintosch" idea as I was not aware so much effort was put into this activity. I will stick with buying a Mac-mini, but the exercise does look interesting.
