Default downloader.ua trojan cant be removed

its on my mac and it seems to be in windows format. but since it is running i cant find a way to remove it. ive tried multiple places to remove so a friend said go here . you guys know your stuff.... any suggestions. if possible i would love to just wipe my mac and completely get it back to how it was when i bought it

If you bough the MAC form a retailer and it still has warranty take it into the shop and have them fix it.

I recommend that once you get this problem solved, to put some virus protection software on that Mac. And in fact, that may be the only way to get rid of it. Mac's are not "free from the virus problem" as most people tend to believe.

There are differences between viruses and trojans. Its those that fail to realize that, that believe when Apple says "no viruses" it doesnt mean no trojans, spyware, etc. Yes Apples are safer and no they are not invincible from attacks. I would suggest backing everything up and what you do it put the OS X disk into the Mac and reboot. Upon reboot hold the "c" key and it will take you into the install screen. From here you can reformat and reinstall the OS. Good luck.
