Nokia N95 is my pick. cost bout the same as iphone with lots of features (5mp camera, additional camera for video phone, gps, wifi, dedicated headphone jack and music player buttons, 160meg internal memory with additional 2gig with a micro flash chip, etc), but no touch screen. the drawback is that it's lot bigger & heavier than razr, plus battery don't last long if you enable all its features

There is supposed to be a new Razor coming out, it has a CPU that is 10 times faster, something like double or quadrouple the RAM, and tons more storage. You could see when that releases and wait, or get a regular Razor with more battery life, or a Nokia N95 like terracide99 suggested.
