I have many complaints about the blackberry storm. Many are nothing but this problem is the worst. Sometimes out of the blue it will just reboot. My mom and I got one because of a deal on verizon. One time I was browsing the internet and it froze and locked up and it started to reload the os. I let it do that and it put me through the "blackberry setup". The same happened to my mom yesterday but this is when she turned it on. What happens if I have to make an emergency call. I can't. These are the Worst phones I have ever gotten.

Call verizon up, you could be in for a replacement if it keeps happening. My old Razor used to do stuff like that and they replaced it!

Sucks you're having problems with it, but as was mentioned, take it in to get it swapped out. That's definitely something wrong with the OS.

Random question, have you done anything to the phone? Firmware hacks, or anything like that?
