Default Urgent iPhone problem
Hey!

So i have a jailbroken/unlocked iphone 2g bought from USA, so it has to be jailbroken to work with my service provider.

Now i updated my iPhone to 3.0 with itunes, and then tried to jailbreak it, but something went wrong and now i have restored it to factory settings and dont know what to do.

Which firmware did it apply when i restored it to factory settings?

I think i first have to jailbreak the firmware i am on right now, and then update to 3.0 and jailbreak it.

Could somebody help me out?

This is urgent since i cant use my phone

U need to use Redsn0w to jailbreak the phone

Locate where Itunes downloaded the firmware using RedSnow and then follow the instructions listed .

Then follow these instructions http://blog.iphone-dev.org/

Use quickPwn. Thats what I did when I tried using 3.0 before it was released to the general public and I got locked out of my phone.
