I've had one since launch.... go ahead and sign me up.... hands down the best phone i've ever owned/tried...
Im so pumped I finally got my golf pin location app..... BTW in case any pre owners didnt know.... www.precentral.net hands down the best website/forum for webos/app discussion/download.... Tons of homebrew apps... info to root your pre... etc.....

Just got mine last week. Been enjoying it thus far, except mine has a bit of an "Oreo" effect to it. Going to give it a couple more weeks of playing around and getting used to it before I exchange it for one that is a bit more solid.
__________________I'm looking forward to picking up a touchstone in the next week or two. Having to open up that stupid little data port cover a couple times a day can get annoying.

My VX6800 is giving out, so i will be eagerly awaiting the Verizon Pre in January.
 The iphone/ipod touch was originally released without an app store. Do you think there will eventually be an App Store like addition to WebOS/the Palm Pre?

The Oreo effect is basically the slider being sloppy. You can rotate the two halves in opposite directions a bit (while the phone is closed) like you would opening up and Oreo cookie. Mine only moves about an 1/8" right now, but it has been getting worse.
