sounds simple, it is not.
__________________the phone is deactivated. there's is not account on it, so everytime i try to access the email setting, it won't connect. how do i delete my emails account that are on it?

thanks man, first line didn't work, i couldn't even get to the email account.
__________________i did the other 2, worked like a charm. lastly, i have no idea what BIS and BES is. emails were personnal: hotmail and ISP.

No problem.
I think you have BIS. BES is for business class emails.
