What is a CNETiPhone? Everyone on ebay is selling them. They look legit, but most imitators are made to look real, so I don't know.
Thnx.

No its not. It says "Manufacturer Part Number: 3790233, CNETiPHONE3GS16GBBLKATT, iPHONE3GS16GBBLKATT" under Item Specs.

If it is, why would it say CNET iPhone in the specs? Sorry if that sounded sarcastic.

First of all, through your recent posts i've seen that you are looking to buy an iPhone. Take it from me as I just bought one and it actually is at the post office waiting for me as I can't get it until monday. Don't even look at items without pictures and a petty little description. Don't even look at an item worth that much if the person is not a power seller, no matter what his or her rep is. It will save you some money if you buy an iPhone 3G or even 2G. Make sure you can get it unlocked and jailbroken. Keep in mind if video recording is something big, with a jailbroken iPhone you can get video recording through an app called Cycorder. Basically my iPhone 2G is equivalent to a 3GS minus the bigger screen, plus easier to handle, minus the speed (okay... so its a BIT faster), plus a metal back plate. Currently the iPhone 3GS is not unlockable unless it is legally unlocked (from places like Dubai, India, and Italy) nor is it jailbreakable. So imo, the 3G would be the best option so far.
