Default Error when trying to sync using WMDC

So i was trying to sync my HTC Touch Pro on Windows Mobile Device Center and i get this red X icon when i start WMDC. I have tried some solutions and it didn't work i wonder can you guys help, btw i have tried the solution from Microsoft which tells me to delete device driver on the "Portable Devices" list and reconnect my device and it didn't work. Thanks in Advance.
