Hey all,

With all the recent issues with the Sidekick network on TMobile where I live, I've decided to take advantage of my contract extension and upgrade to a myTouch 3G (formerly had Sidekick LX).

I'm looking for tips on operation, apps, and games. The one app I'm really looking for is an AIM that will stay open in the background and not time out like the native app.

I do lots of outdoorsy stuff, so I gotta get used to using the GPS thing to share my expeditions and such, so any help with that would be appreciated too.
