I'm guessing it checks IPs. My iPhone here in the US gets a "Movie Cannot be played" error. I could have been able to watch Top Gear on the go D:

Yeah i think it does check your ip address because my ip address comes up at the start of the address when I choose a channel. Try a proxy, can't believe that the picture is so good (not pixalated) but youtubes poo on 3g.
