Dead phone needs replacement
I have a ATT Propel that got water damaged. I want to replace it with a 3G touch screen. Ebay seems to have good price unlocked phones. I can't afford a replacement through ATT, So If I buy a unlocked ATT compatible phone , I can just drop the sim card in? Has anyone have any good luck buying phones off Ebay and Can anyone suggest a good touch 3g phone?

Yes, you can put your sim card in and it will work. Make sure that the phone has the correct 3G frequencies. I would recommend checking out
