BJ2's are nice phones, I definitely like mine. But man, when they go crazy on ya, they sure go straight past "loopy" to "bat***** insane" don't they?
A few thoughts: have you tried a bootup with your memory card removed? Have you taken out your battery and SIM card, and tried to bootup without the SIM card (just to see if that works)? Have you tried a hard reset? It sucks losing your data, but it might be what you need... The more you can tell, the more I might be able to help mate

Thanks! I did it without the memory card (microSD). I haven't tried without the battery, and I haven't tried a hard reset yet. I'll post back later when I get the charger again.

If you're stuck with the reset loop and need to do a hard reset... I think that's done by pressing up on your d-pad while turning the phone on. You'll get a the hardware reset menu, and I think it's option #1 to reset.
Hopefully it doesn't come to that though...

It loaded a few times into the system but then it just went to the goodbye screen. I hard resetted it but it still broken. Can it boot without the battery? I never tried, and mines can't I believe.
