I'm not sure which one I have as all I know is mines is the T mobile one.
Also do i need an unlocked phone to do this update?

Those are all for the same phone, but depending on which area you are in or which one you want will depend on what you download.
You do not need an unlocked phone to do so. I would check T-mo's site to see if they have the new release you can download. Otherwise.. the forums at xda-developers.com are a good place to find ROM's.. both cooked and OEM releases.

If you're in the US, I don't think any of those would be appropriate. It looks like they're all localized for Europe, Italy, Norway, France, Spain, etc.

I thought I read somewhere that the WinMo 6.5 upgrade won't be available for US users on the Rhodium/Fuze for awhile. And reading through the thread you linked to indicates that none of these are appropriate for phones on US carriers.

If you want to upgrade now, Mr Bear's advice to check out xda-developers.com is spot on. They have a ton of good roms there.
