hey, so im trying to pull videos pics and txts off my phone and put them on my comp however i cant find any drivers comp w/ 7 to use my usb data cable with and the only other way i know how to is to email them to myself but i cant use any internet because my mom is griping about the internet charges so any ideas guys?

When I tried to transfer files to/from my phone, I just plugged it in; nothing happened but then Windows 7 decided to be helpful and it found all the drivers I needed to transfer files (explorer.exe).

I think that should work for you too.

yes i plugged it in and win7 said driver update failed:cannot find drivers. redirected me to motodev site for driver download however during the installation of the driver it stops mid way through and says unrecognized version of windows setup will now exit
