Hey. I want to get my family some new phones. Is this deal legit? Its newegg but its not? What I read its like newegg is the middle man or something? Any help?

Why would you blatantly advertise a site to look like NewEgg, but NOT be NewEgg.
I'd do some reading into the company, see what people have to say.

Its on neweggs site. Go on "cell phones" then click on ATT deals and it comes up.

I found a few things about this "Simplexity" company. They seem to be sort of shady.
