route calls through internet and recieve on phone?

seems like a wierd question i know. maybe i worded it wrong. what i would like to do is have my calls routed through the internet and then have them forwarded to my g1 via bluetooh thus solving my issue of not having cell service in my dorm.
__________________anyone heard of a way to do this or is it a pipe dream?

nope not a pipedream, thats how magicjack works. any calls made thru programs such as skype work liek that too, only thing is i know u can make calls but not sure how ud receive them. try googling for internet phone service, good luck

i know it would work like a voip service but i wouldnt know how to route my calls to my phone via bluetooth
