BB 8300 - Help! Keyboard Glitched!
I was in the middle of typing a text, then suddenly only the ball would let me move the cursor around, and NOTHING else will work!
  I'm trying to repair it, not sure how to open it up, see if something got in it, or whatever. I need help asap! Important text on it, and I cannot access my voicemail remotely either! Any support greatly appreciated! - Le_Loup P.S. Do have usb, but cannot select the usb configuration option ON the black berry!
