well, I got a new battery for my Motorola Z6, and the guy in the shop told me that I had to charge the phone for at least 12 hours (the battery had some energy, but not too much) so it could work well. I started charging my phone at 5:00pm central time, and at this moment, the battery is now fully charged.
Should I just disconnect the phone now or, follow the recocmendation of leaving it until the 12 hours have passed?

EDIT: I just read that, Li-Ion batteries usually, when they're fully charged, just cut off the current from the charger, so it makes no sense to keave it for so long... so what do you guys say?

If you need your phone, you can probably unplug it with no damage, if you don't why not just leave it plugged in?
