Default BEST PDA /ORGANIZER for agenda / calendar tasks.

Hi guys, maybe someone on here can help me out.
I'm a construction foreman and i currently use a PDA, HP IPAQ 2495. I use it basically for entering daily, weekly tasks that happen on my jobsites. It works pretty good, but when i have multiple jobs, the little calendar / daily log gets filled up pretty quick and gets confusing at times. I basically only use the calendar/daily/weekly task function on the PDA. Do they have a electronic agenda book, calendar / daily task tablet that would be better than my PDA. My PDA is kinda small. I'm looking for either a better PDA calendar setup, or a tablet type electronic thing.

I basically enter items(daily tasks) onto a calendar so i can keep track of whats going on at my construction jobs.

and i also use microsoft project to setup my schedules, but this is all on paper.

any input is appreciated.

Is a UMPC a possibility? And I'm not talking about a netbook obviously. A real UMPC. I use a Samsung Q1U which is 7", probably a bit too big to carry around for most people but I just throw it in my bag. Another one I own is the OQO Model 2. That one's 5" and can fit in a pocket. You probably want something a bit less expensive than that though. Something by Viliv or maybe just the HTC Shift?

Check out this site if you want something than can run Windows and all it's apps: http://www.umpcportal.com/

I'm not knowledgeable at all on cell-phones though. Just trying to widen your search results a bit. My UMPC has replaced my cell phone and MP3 already besides being my organizer/note-taker/game-player/video-watcher.
