Why not real Droid? Only $100 more and a MUCH faster processor, Bigger Screen, and super high res compared to all other andorid phones.

But out of those 3, I'd pick the Eris, since it can do the most stuff.

my budget is like 100 bucks my parents wont spend 200 on it and the DROID from HTC is close to the actual DROID

I WANT THE HTC TouchPro2!

Are your parents fine with paying the data fee of $30 every month for smartphones? If yes, Droid Eris. And the Samsung Rogue needs a $10 data fee as well. So then the only choice remaining would be the EnV touch.
