yeah, they would both be ati..now when you say install drivers separately...

my current agp vid card is already installed with the appropriate dirvers...

when i plug the new pci one in, i don't have to do anything special right? just load cd or dl drivers and good to go?

In the BIOS you have to set the PCI card as the first loading card, otherwise it wont initialise. Then in Windows you just the AGP cards as primary.

I believe xp pro will support upto 12 monitors..

XP home only 1 I think..

It shouldn't matter what brands of cards you have, the drivers will only work on their respective cards:P
