Well, it Christmas time, and I need something to ask for...
__________________![]() I would say $350 is absolute max, but cheaper options are great as well, in case my parents won't spend that much. Right now I use 2 old CRT monitors, a 17' and a 14'. I use the 14' one for msn and things like instructions and helpfiles that I need to be able to reference to, and the 17' one for everything else. I find this really helpful. My first problem is 1 or 2 screens: 1 Screen Assuming they will go towards the $350 end I could probably get 1 nice 22' or maybe a bad 24'. If they decided that $350 is too much, maybe just a decent 22'. My thoughts on this option It would be nice having a monster screen. This would cause me to loose the handy 2 screens, but playing games on something so big could make up for it. I could always buy a cheaper 19' or so later on. 2 Screens If they lean towards the $350 mark, then maybe I could get 2 decent 19' monitors, or maybe a good 19' one and a cheaper 17' one. If they go to the cheaper end, well it probably wont be worth it, and I would jut get 1 Larger better screen. My thoughts on this option Two, screens is defiantly handy, and the biggest thing I have ever used in a 17', so maybe 19' is big enough. Probably won't be able to make this work with a cheaper budget. So, now is where YOU come in :P . Recommend me some monitors for all these options. I will assume my parents won't spend more than $350, so don't go higher than that, but even that might be too high, so some less expensive options are appreciated. If they are at Futureshop / BestBuy / Tiger Direct that is a bonous, because they could go to the store to purchase them, instead of ordering online. Thanks

Your problems are solved. Here's a 24" monitor for only $299 after rebate.
