Homemade projector. *Video*
Nearly finished with it, I used a 3M 9700, a Compaq TFT5010 15" LCD. I need to tape it up and mount the PCBs somewhere...

Awesome, what resolution is it spitting out?
I would love to make one from a laptop panel, but I fear the electronics...

Resolution.... erm. I believe the laptop outputs at 1280x900? The overhead projector only allows for about 800x800 resolution.
Plays movies in perfect 480p
