Default Is this good or bad?
I just got a brand new monitor.. LCD "See sig" I dont know about this but It says on the box that the contrast ratio is 2500:1 is that good or bad??? let me know..

Im not sure because I dont know if its the higher the better or the lower the ratio the better?? Anyone else?

Yeah that is good, but usually companies make ridiculous claims about contrast ratio even though based on an average scale 1000:1 is really good! For example Samsung rates my monitor at 8000:1 contrast ratio but it really is only 1000:1. Yes the higher the ratio the better.

Well all i know is games look godly and my eyes feel wayyyyy better.
